Level 1- Foundation (20hr)

Level 1 is where you build your foundation as a children’s yoga teacher — even if you’ve never taught or done yoga before.
You’ll learn how to confidently guide children aged 3–12 through safe, engaging, and structured yoga classes. This includes understanding basic child development, how to plan a class, and how to use games, storytelling, and movement to keep kids focused and excited.
By the end of Level 1, you can expect to:
Understand how to teach yoga safely to young children
Plan simple, fun, and structured kids yoga classes
Feel confident managing a small group of children
Start teaching beginner-level classes
This is ideal if you’re just starting out and want to explore teaching kids yoga.
Level 2- Advanced (75 Hs)
Level 2 June Intake Dates and Time:
1st-5th June | 12pm-5pm
8th-12th June | 12pm-5pm
13th June | 10.30am-2pm
• Challenging poses for Teens & Tweens including arm balances, back bends and inversions (going upside down!)
• A variety of traditional and alternative Mandala Art Meditations to support children to reflect and process difficult emotions and events in their lives
• Yoga & meditation for Teen Anxiety
• Creative Mindfulness activities to enhance children's self-awareness and emotional intelligence
• Therapeutic and nurturing yoga techniques for children with Special Needs
• Interactive story-telling and yoga journeys for all age groups
• Practical, hands-on experience of planning and leading children’s yoga classes with our little yogis of Hot Yo Studio!
• The Business of Children's Yoga (Practical tips and techniques to get clear, get started, take action and create an income)

Comprehensive- (95 hrs)
Comprehensive July 2026 intake dates and time:
29 June - 3 July | 12pm-5pm
4-5 July | 1-4pm
6-10 July | 12pm-5pm
11-12 July | 1pm-4pm
The Comprehensive program combines both Level 1 and Level 2 into a complete certification pathway — taking you from beginner to fully trained children’s yoga instructor.
This is the fastest and most complete way to gain all the skills, knowledge, and real-world experience you need to start teaching confidently.
You’ll go through the full journey:
Learn the fundamentals
Build structured classes
Develop advanced teaching skills
Teach a real kids yoga class as your final assessment
By the end of the Comprehensive training, you can expect to:
Be fully certified and confident to teach
Have ready-to-use class plans for different age groups
Gain teaching opportunities through Hot Yo Studio KLCC
Receive job support and kindergarten placement opportunities
This is ideal if you’re serious about turning this into a meaningful career or income stream.
